3. Papers submitted must be the original work and have never been previously published or presented in another conference
4. Papers must be written in English
5. Both main or co-authors must include their full names and e-mail addresses. If co-authors are from different institute/ affiliation then the associate institution should be listed.
6. Papers topic should be suitable with the scope of the conference/symposium.
7. Full paper can be submitted through http://scientific.net until 10 October 2019 in PDF. file or DOC. (Microsoft Word 1997-2003).
